Very impressed with this place. Called them on a whim after I couldn't get what I needed at another repair shop. They were fast, friendly and very thorough. Met the owner when we picked up our vehicle and he was very nice. We have definitely found OUR mechanic.

Took my car into Honest-1 for the first time the other day and was extremely satisfied! They were polite, informative and communicative throughout the entire process of diagnosing and fixing my car. They walked me to my car when I picked it up, and they left me a snack and note inside. The little details made me feel taken care of. Also, my car is running great now!

Great place to take your car. The two gentlemen up front were very knowledgeable and kind. I went in just for an oil change and there was no wait at all and they checked my truck for any safety issues and gave me recommendations on what needed to be resolved first and what could wait. Very up front and doesn't play games. I will definitely be back!

Great customer service. Went in for oil change. They checked all fluids, tires,etc. Nice waiting area, wifi. Super nice, friendly guys. Options for package oil change plans explained - money savers. No pressure. Very professional and thorough.

So excited about the "surprise snack" and "thank you for your business" at the end of my experience at Honest-1. Nice touch! In all my driving years and frequent visits to Kwik Kar Lube and Tunes, Good Year Tire and Autos and Jiffy Lubes I have never been given a "prize" just for coming in to have my oil changed. Your staff was very friendly and the store was spacious and comfortable. Overall it was a very pleasent experience!

The personnel were very friendly! I felt comfortable the moment I walked in the door. The place was spacious with a separate waiting room and kids area. They even had a wifi bar! Great for while you are waiting! My favorite part was my sur"prize" they left me in my car that I found as I drove away, a little snack of Goldfish! My brother-in-law owned several Kwik Kar Lube and Tunes, Good Year Tire and Autos, and I frequented many Jiffy Lubes in my driving years and I have never received a thank you for your business "snack"! Well done! You got my business Honest-1!

Car was serviced in a timely manor. Everything was done as I requested. Will return soon have some mechanical work done.
