Great service! I had to replace a gear shift cable plus a tow service which they provided, the cost was $192 total which I found quite reasonable. Fair pricing and an excellent family owned business. I won't take my car anywhere else!

Performed oil change on my Honda and ran diagnostics on sons Ford Ranger. Have to wait for engine to cycle through reset then go back. Really like the owner and staff. The fact that they help you with drop off and pick up is just one example of outstanding service.

I was headed to a different automotive shop named after a popular street here in NW Houston when a friend told me to give Honest 1 a call. Taylor was amazing from the first phone call. Super welcoming, very professional and honest. Honest 1 quote for the work was $300 cheaper than that big street names auto shop and even more so, I didn't need all of that work after all, which saved me even more money and hassle. I'll definitely be back to get all of my work done here. Hard to find good honest people, and Taylor and Honest 1 definitely fit the bill on that one!

I noticed that my steering wheel was off center, so I took it here for a wheel alignment. They took the car into the back, and about an hour later, gave me the keys and said have a good day. There was no communication on what they adjusted and there was no graphic showing a before and after adjustment report of the alignment to show it was adjusted. After getting it back on the road I noticed that the steering wheel was still off center by the same amount, which leads me to believe they really didn't do much. While I was there I noticed that most of the technicians were my age (mid 20s), so maybe I got the guy who was still learning. Edit: Took it back to be corrected and it is still off. Still no chart or explanation on what changes they made.
