I’ve been to many mechanic shops since being here in Houston, but the only place I will ever take my vehicles again is here at honest 1 copperfield. For years I’ve noticed everyone here is straightforward from Joe & Taylor at the front to the manager Brian and extremely courteous compared to the other shops. Every issue I’ve had they handled immediately and I haven’t had to come back for the same issue more than once. I always recommend this shop to all my friends and family. I hope this review helps out the business because they definitely don’t receive enough credit, leaving with peace of mind your vehicle is taken care of correctly is priceless. Current customer with 10+ visits and still counting whenever the Jeep decides to act up lol

The staff was friendly, professional and most importantly Honest.

My mom and I came here for the first time looking for an auto repair shop because the AC in her car was having issues. Joe was great, he made the experience a positive one. He would come to us with updates along the way to let us know what was going on with the car and that was appreciated. I definitely feel like this place was honest, and did a good job on my moms car. We came here based on the reviews I read on google and overall we’re happy we ended up coming here. Their lounge area is nice, they provide water, a variety of snacks, WiFi and a small kids area. We will be returning when needed.

Their service is top notch! Fair pricing and an excellent family owned business! I won't take my car anywhere else! And still to this day I bring my car here! The service is excellent!

Great team! Called for quote and they took info and returned call within 15 mins as indicated. Price was fair and no surprises. They even dropped me back at the house and picked me up when completed so I could get work done. To top it off, I forgot about my inspection and they knocked it out in 10 mins when I got back. Great experience, will definitely be back!!!

Replaced Hub Assembly on my sons Ford Ranger and quickly got him back on the road. This is a great shop and asset to those living and working in Copperfield. They really go out of their way to make it possible for your automobile to be repaired. They have picked me up or dropped me at work and they also designed a great facility which allows you to carry out business online while you wait on your repairs. Great shop with outstanding people.

They are a top notch group of people. Family owned. They took very good care of my wife’s car and the owner provided with a ride to and from work. Honestly, I’ve never received service like. Never once felt like I was being taken advantage of. Grade A Quality and Service.

Nice and clean lobby. I left another inspection place waited for 20 minutes and after 5min they came back. They said they could not do it because the plug was loose and not able to inspect it. I came into this auto care and they took care of me and finished the service with no hassle for less than 15 minutes.
