They listened and understood when I told them I only wanted an oil change. There were no add on charges. No suggested repairs or replacements to pad the bill. So far they are living up to their name. I will be back.

Everyone asks for recommendations for a honest and reliable auto shop, this is the one. They will physically take you out to your car and show you what they found, what the problem is and give you options for what needs to be fixed now, what can wait, etc. That alone is more than any other auto shop will do

Brian helped me with my flat tire. I was going to be all day with the jack I had, and Brian offered to help, and he even put on my spare. I've been trusting the Honest-1 team with my family vehicles since 2017. They can handle it all from oil change and inspections to brakes, alternators, shocks struts and tires. The times I have had to take my vehicle to the dealership for recalls, I always check in with them to get second opinions and pricing about big dealership recommendations; the difference is always shocking...big dealer tries to sell me unnecessary work and quotes that are hundreds of dollars more expensive than H1! Trust and integrity are cornerstones of Honest-1, they genuinely care about keeping the valued customer and not lining their pockets with my hard earned money. I cannot say I have ever felt this way about a mechanic shop, and I am truly grateful they are in my neighborhood.

When I went to Honest -Honest- 1 Auto Care Taylor listen to me explaining my concern with the car I had just bought from a used dealership. I told Taylor of the warranty i had they took over, i really appreciated openness and their availability to answer any questions i may have had. I would recommend them to family and friend
