They found the problem which was strange but not costly to repair. Did not try and sell me repairs not necessary.

Great customer service, nice clean place. Coffee and snacks, convenient location ( near restaurants and walking distance to other places).

I received a coupon in the mail and decided to give them a try. The tech who checked me in was friendly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. They offered refreshments while I waited for the oil to be changed on my car. The service was quick and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised. I will go back to have my other cars serviced.

This is my second time Honest has fixed a vehicle for me. First was a few years ago had an older Chevy Tahoe and so many issues they went above and beyond to get it fixed so I could attend family funeral. They literally stayed after hours so I can have use of that vehicle. Great team of guys & gave a courtesy pick up and drop off every time. This time no different took it in I thought it had one issues (was certain of it)they never took advantage they told me what the real issue was and fixed it. Didn’t try to take money for what I thought it was and the real. Yes I’ve had others do that. Thanks for so far 2 out 2 A plus service.

Very good service, changed water pump and charged just over a grand but did not replace thermostat?? I believe the cost was extremely high!! But did tell me before they did the work. Got hosed for convenience on Christmas!! I think when mechanics change water pump they typically change thermostat. Maybe that’s changed too.. idk. But just feel repair costs were very high.

I've been to Firestone, Goodyear, Copperfield auto repair and three independent. I found Honest-1 looking for someone to trust with my car and I'll never go looking again. They have all my business and have suggested them to all. Never have to worry about repairs, whether needed or not. And their pricing is fair and honest. They stand behind their work so no worries there also. Cindy

Very courteous and informative! However please be careful when inside car. My front seat has black stains on it after service.

Always a great and trusted experience at Honest one. They do an awesome job. I bring both my cars to them.
