One of the few auto care centers I can take my car to without hesitation or worry they’re gonna “find” something wrong on your car. If they do, they shoot it to you straight. They will take you to your car and show it to you yourself so you can see what they are talking about. They educate you and give you the knowledge so you can make an informed decision on your own.

Taylor and his crew have exceeded every other mechanic shop that I have had to deal with in my past. They are honest and straightforward when it comes to your vehicle service. Taylor will not hesitate in showing you the problem with your vehicle firsthand, so you will not have any doubts about the work needing to be performed. We have three vehicles and I only trust them to be serviced by Honest 1. I am not a paid spokesperson nor am I dating his daughter. I am just blown away with this shop. The team at Honest 1 Auto is nothing short of amazing. These guys are thorough, professional, quick, and of course honest! They go above and beyond any mechanic I've ever used.

I love this place!! I had to pull over because my son-in-laws car oil gauge said it was low and the car told me to shut the engine off! I didn't want to mess up the engine in his car! I called "Honest Auto" and they came to the parking lot where I was. I was just around the corner from them. Thomas showed up and checked the car out. He told me he didn't think there was anything wrong with the car, but I did the right thing by pulling over. He had me follow him back to their shop and he said the diagnostic tests didn't show any codes and it was probably something simple and to keep an eye on it. I'm so happy it happened so close to them and even though I was exhausted and wanted to go home, I'm glad I didn't make it there before it did what it did. Thank you so much for being honest and not trying to take advantage of someone who wouldn't have known she was taken advantage of and also a big thanks to Thomas! He was my knight in shining armor!! Taylor is awesome as well! Very friendly and helpful.

Honest 1 has saved me so much money. They only fix what is broken. I got a quote from Chrysler for $1800 to fix motor mounts. I took it to Honest 1 and they found the problem was an engine weight that I didn't need. Cost $64 for a diagnostic fee which was waved because I needed brake work done. It's nice to a mechanic shop you can trust.

Honest -1, Fair, courteous, outstanding and quite frankly HONEST! My car wouldn’t start, had it towed to them and dropped it off. They got it started immediately, diagnosed and it was determined to be “user error” (me). They could have said anything and charged me, instead the said “no charge, we didn’t really do anything” nice guys, honest guys, hard to find; I’ve found them! Thank you Taylor and Joe!
