This was my 2nd visit. I came in to have an inspection done. I was in and out quickly and treated proffesionally! Jerrone and Taylor even went the extra mile to vacuum my car! I was treated with utmost respect even in a sticky situation. I enjoyed my visit there and will definitely be back!

We have taken two of our cars here in the past couple of weeks... excellent customer service both times. Up front and honest pricing. Waiting room is clean and comfortable. Will definitely be coming back for all my car repairs and maintenance.

Great..fast..not pushy..

Absolutely great experience. I use them for all my auto care needs now. They have proven to be honest and fair. When I came to them in need of a tune up for my 2006 F-150 (notorious for having issues with snapping spark plugs, a huge ordeal) they honored their pricing estimate even though the job ended up taking much longer (to no fault of theirs). I will continue to use them for any job I can't/won't do. Very friendly people, a special thanks to Taylor and Darius for all their help.

A thoroughly pleasant experience! From the first contact over the phone - highly professional and helpful, the welcome at the garage - prompt service, confortable waiting area with refreshments, friendly and efficient. For a small fraction of the estimate Ford gave me, this family-run company surpassed all expectations and previous experiences with car servicing. They have my trust, future business and I highly recommend them!

I received a flyer in the mail for Honest-1 and after calling and getting such good customer service, I took my truck in. I got an oil change and inspection - they were great about showing me everything that caught their attention and letting me know the level of importance in getting it fixed. I ended up also having 2 belts replaced - which I was shown so I could actually see the condition - and the price was very fair. They were fast, explanatory, friendly, great prices, and the building itself is so nice! Great waiting area and customer service. As a single woman, I am always leery of being taken advantage of at a mechanic shops and I did not feel that once at Honest-1. I will be returning to them for all of my truck's needs - and referring them to others!!
