I feel like this is probably the most important review I’ve ever written. It’s difficult to blindly choose a trusted mechanic, but I did just that when I couldn’t get in touch with the one my friend recommended. I was nervous, but I knew my brakes needed work, and I couldn’t wait another day. So I called and spoke with Brian and was able to drop my car off that same morning. I asked them to check my brakes, give me a full synthetic oil change, a state inspection and also check my AC because the air wasn’t consistently blowing cold. They did a free multi-point inspection on my Acura, free brake inspection and free AC check and text me a link to the report. The report included pictures of my filthy air and cabin filters, so they replaced those as well. They recharged and replaced the Freon in my AC system and I was able to pick up my car the same day. For all of the work my car received, I expected to pay an arm and a leg, but the price wasn’t anything like I thought it would be. I am going to bring my car there for EVERYTHING from now and I already told my coworker about it. Transparency and reasonable pricing when it comes to mechanics are what give me peace of mind, and I got just that. Thanks for the experience.
