This is a great place to go. I will continue to go here because they are all really nice and helpful plus their prices are good. They have been very honest every time I've needed to take my car there and I've never felt taken advantage of.

Next day service and even informs when service is not needed. I brought my vehicle in for brake service and they told me it wasn't necessary. Highly recommend!

Took our 2013 Dodge Ram Hemi to two dealerships and 3 auto shops as the lifters were bad - which caused issues with the cam. Needless to say, the lifters were on indefinite back order. The dealerships were going to charge us over $8,000 to "repair" the engine. One auto shop wouldn't touch it and the second auto shop quoted us over $10,000 to replace the engine. After several phone calls to other shops, I finally found a shop (Honest 1) that was willing to work with us and take on the challenge. We dropped the truck off on Sunday night and picked it up Friday with a "new" engine that cost us HALF of what the previous dealerships/autoshops quoted us. We were kept in the loop during the whole process. As I told Darius before he started the project - "If we didn't have bad luck, we wouldn't have any luck at all." Darius tackled an almost impossible task with our truck. We can't thank him enough and all the staff that treated us professionally. PSA - If you have a Dodge Hemi that has a "tick" - your lifters are bad. Dodge knows about this problem.

Clean place, friendly service..but the wait was ridiculous. Plus I was quoted the wrong price when I called to make the appointment. I set my wife up an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was given a price of $49.95 and the appointment was for 4:30pm on a Thursday. I made the appointment the previous Monday. Well, when she finally got the car in (over an hour wait) the price was $95. I'm not happy about that at all.

Brian and Taylor have always done a great job on my work truck and my daughters car. They warn me of things to look out for and work with my budget to work on items that are a higher priority, educating me along the way. Since I found Honest-1, I won’t be going anywhere else.
