The straight forward service here keeps us going back for all of our car maintenance needs. We had the oil changed and brake pads replaced this week. The waiting area is always so clean and inviting. The kids' area is great! We appreciate that the owner works alongside the crew. We trust these guys and they've always done a great job. The car is always clean after they service it. I really like the professional thank you note and gummy candy they leave oh the dash. We'll keep referring them to friends and family.

This is going to be my new shop once I can get my Harvey-damaged vehicle to them. My car got water in the engine, and my insurance company attempted to declare the car a total loss and write it off for $4700. I asked if estimates were done to replace the engine, which would've come in at $4,000. My insurance proceeded to attempt to lowball me, telling me I'd get a check for $3,500 to replace the engine. After receiving multiple estimates, I came across Honest-1 and Taylor. They'll not only be able to replace the engine, but they'll be able to replace it for less than what my insurance is willing to give me. I've never been treated better when attempting to set up a service appointment for a vehicle.

Yesterday I walked out got in my car to leave for an appointment and discovered the battery on my Honda was dead. I called this shop which I had done business with previously to confirm they had a battery in stock and let them know I was going to send my husband by on his way home from work, noting he would be in a very big hurry to get it home to me in time for me to make my appointment. Taylor knowing I lived in the Copperfield area instead sent a technician to my house to replace the battery. Only because of this most abnormal service was I able to make this appointment. I don't believe they could offer this to anyone all the time, the shop may have been slow at that moment and I live pretty much across the street. But this is the second time that the shop has exceeded my expectations and gone out of their way to make it easy for me to have repairs done to my automobiles.

Car was running rough. Thomas looked it over found that I needed a new coil, installed it, pointed out some other things to consider repairing/replacing. Great job, decent price, short wait for completion. Highly recommended.

!!STOP LOOKING, YOU HAVE FOUND YOUR SHOP!! Took my truck in for a ABS replace and re-flash. I called every shop in town Thursday and Friday to find an appointment since I did not have the tools myself to cycle the ABS correctly. All shops could not get me into until the following Thursday or would not help since I did not buy the part directly from them. I called Honest-1 Saturday morning as a last ditch effort to fix my truck before Hurricane Harvey hit and I was without my lifted truck. They had me come in and drop the truck off right away, even though they were closing in two hours. I came back to find that the programmer did not have the correct software but they could get it directly from Ford, it just needed time to download. All 4 employees there stayed 3 hours after closing to help get me back on the road, amidst the huge storm heading our way. I am a car guy, I hate the idea of having someone else work on my car but after the service I received from Honest-1, my mind has been changed. They will be my go to shop from now on, they really are the most upfront, friendly, and genuine people I have ever meet at an auto repair place. They even leave fruit snacks in the cup holder. Truck is still having issues but its a Ford so.....I will be back after the storm clears to fix the minor issues.
