MY REVIEW HAS BEEN DELETED 3 TIMES! COST! Before you bring your vehicle in for work please do your research on the cost of your parts. Honest 1 are price gougers. I went in for a timing chain replacement. The cost of their timing chain kit was $800. I found the exact kit online with more parts that I needed for $250. There were other parts that were added to my bill that I did not find on my own, such as a gasket set which they charged $120 for I later found the exact set at auto zone for less than 40 bucks. I don’t know where they get their parts from but there markup is ridiculous. My husband needed an oil pan replacement. They quoted him $1,400, we ended up taking it to the dealership for $800.00 NOT HONEST! My timing chain replacement cost me 2 grand. They had my car for almost 2 months and my car still isn’t fixed. Brian told me that one of my valves were bent so the timing chain replacement didn’t fix my issue. The mechanic would have to go into my motor to fix my valve which could cost thousands. I got a second opinion from the dealership, I was told that my valve issue should have been something they found in the beginning instead of replacing the timing chain. Also, when my chain was replaced, I got a call from Brian stating my car was running well, “purring like a kitten” 2 days later I get a call saying its misfiring, and they will put the chain on again to make sure everything was put on correctly. The dealership seems to believe when my chain was replaced, it wasn’t put on correctly which caused the chain to pop off and bend a valve. Also what makes matters worse, I found out the mechanic that was working on my car just graduated from Automotive Mechanic School. My car should have NEVER been put in his hands. It takes a lot of skill to replace a timing chain, and he FAILED! We decided to tow my car back to my house and not get any other work performed on my car by them. I told Brian to put my car back together as if it is running. My car was towed to my house when I was at work, when I got home I popped my hood and found a mess, many parts were not put together as I was told it would be.

Christina, I can understand your frustration about the timing chain replacement not going as anticipated. As we advised you on your initial phone call, this was a risk that was taken by changing the timing chain versus replacing the engine, just as the shop that you had the vehicle at before us advised you on. If you would like to discuss any misunderstandings, please give me a call at 281-968-4755 and ask for Brian.

Brian and his team are always very helpful and willing to drive me to work while they work on my vehicle.

Fast, efficient, courteous service; location is clean and inviting, with free beverages/snacks to help make a lengthy wait, more tolerable. I'm very satisfied, with the service recommended/provided. The price paid, for the work done, was comparable with what I'm used to paying, at other service centers nearby.

Good work and very friendly front desk . I was dropped off at my house and left my '96 Pick-up behind with electrical diagnostic . Now not only do I have brake lights & signals but all the engine lights and ABS warning lights are out . Usually O2 sensors cost a pretty penny to replace with the cost of a tune up as well . But all is good here .

The service here is on another level than any other "oil change joint". Went in for an oil change and had a great experience. The waiting area is awesome, the service is great. Not to mention they have great prices and snacks, you can't go wrong with snacks. They take great care of you and your automobile. Not my first time here and won't be my last.

Always friendly, prompt service!
