I am new to the Houston area and found Honest-1 Auto Care on the yelp app. I am a loyal customer when I get treated good and all the service was exceptional. I will continuously support Honest-1 because they are all about the name of the company (Honest). They went the extra mile and offered a year of roadside assistance for one year. had a coupon for a.c. inspection because of issues i was having, turned out everything was fine and actually went above and beyond by recharging the freon to see if it was that causing the problem, which turned out to be fine as well. they were more then helpful and provided detailed service. will definitely be doing business with them from now on!

1st time visit for an oil change and inspection. Super friendly check in service and quick, efficient service done by the mechanics. Will be going here instead of the dealership going forward. Also, a very neat and clean waiting area.

Coffee, water and snacks are available and the waiting room is female friendly the Oil change and A/C check services were done on my car in a timely manner they found a problem that had it gone undetected could have cause a major accident.
