Nice and clean facility. Friendly and courteous staff. Definitely not your typical mechanic shop. Customer and kid friendly. I was here for my first "paid" oil change on my new car (all the others were free under warranty from the dealership) so I wasn't sure whether my car took full synthetic or semi synthetic. The desk staff quickly looked up my car and figured out it was a synthetic blend and they didn't try to up-sell me on anything. I was also in and out in under 20-mins as a walk-in customer on a Saturday at 10AM, no appointment. There were four other clients sitting in the waiting room when I arrived, and at least 6x cars in the bay. Very quick and affordable service. Will definitely be back when my car needs attention. Love the coupon options on Yelp too. Total savior!

I am very pleased with Honest-1 Auto Care. Had my car towed to them at around 2:15 and they had my radiator replaced and my oil change done by 4:30. Very nice people and the waiting room is very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Every single time I come in, everyone goes above and beyond and makes me feel like family. I came in at 520pm for an oil change (they close at 6), and I was worried about getting in with enough time for them to help me. The lovely woman behind the desk said, "you could come in at 559, and it would still be enough time to get you in". That pretty much epitomizes the level of service and care you get from this place. It's nothing like other oil change and inspection places. You'll be taken care of here! Plus, they always leave me a nice little snack in my car! 😊

Took a little over an hour for an oil change, but the staff is absolutely amazing. The waiting room is large and clean. They offer a complementary drinks, snacks and computers to use. I will definitely be back!
